- Leasing fee with digital lockbox(self-showing) is a flat rate of $1,000 and agent showing is 50% of one month's rent or $1,500 (whichever is greater)
- Management fees are subjected to minimum charge as following: Gold plan $175, Platinum plan $225, and Diamond plan $295
- We have 10% mark up supervision fee on all renovation and maintenance coordination except recurring expenses. PMI provides 24/7 call center for emergency and diagnose every single work order prior to vendor dispatch. We also pass the discounts from our vendors directly to you.
All Other Fees:
PMI to share pet admin fee and late fee 50/50. All fees are disclosed and we do not have a hidden fee!
2-4 Unit Building 7% or $100 per unit minimum. Leasing Fee 50% of one month’s rent or $1,250 minimum
5-15 Unit Building 6% or $80 per unit minimum. Leasing Fee 50% of one month’s rent or $1,000 minimum
16-29 Unit Building 5% no cap. Leasing Fee is negotiable depending on duties of on-site manager.
30 + Unit Building 4% no cap. Leasing Fee is negotiable depending on duties of on-site manager.
Pricing is based on Gold Service Plan. Diamond Service plan is +2% for monthly management fee.
